Public bug reported:

I had connected to encrypted wired network, using nm-applet built-in
options MSCHAPV2. Connection interrupts every few minutes (It`s not an
ISP problem, because under win7 network works flawlessly). Then the
connection interrupts, all applications using it of course say me, that
i have no connection, but applet is showing that i had one.
