Correction: when I run the akonadi server configuration, the "Use
internal MySQL server" was already checked.

When doing "akonadictl restart" from the command line, I noticed the following
point of concern:
[akonadiserver] /usr/bin/mysql_upgrade: Can't create/write to file 'sqleqPSEt'
(Errcode: 13)
[akonadiserver] FATAL ERROR: Failed to create temporary file for defaults

However, a "akonadictl status" then reveals that it is running.
