Can you replace the linr BrowseRemoteProtocols
by BrowseRemoteProtocols CUPS dnssd in your /etc/cups/cupsd.conf on your server and restart CUPS there? Then open the printing dialog (File -> Print) in an arbitrary desktop application on the Mac and in the list to select a printer there is an entry to add a new one. Then you get a dialog where it should be possible to select the printer on your server. Select this entry. Unfortunately, I cannot help you more.
