On Ubuntu kernel (2.6.32-24-generic):
[ 9.714605] quanta-touch 0003:0408:3000.0001: hiddev96,hidraw2: USB HID
v1.10 Device [Acer T230H] on usb-0000:00:06.0-2/input0

On upstream kernel (2.6.34-rc7):
[ 11.004061] quanta-touch 0003:0408:3000.0003: input,hidraw2: USB HID v1.10
Device [Acer T230H] on usb-0000:00:06.0-2/input0

On Ubuntu kernel, it seems the hid-quanta module registers a "hiddev96" input
device instead of a standard "input" input device.
Nevertheless, I do not see any modification in the code between Ubuntu and
upstream kernels regarding hid-quanta.c, maybe the driver for hiddev96 is
missing on Ubuntu kernel.
