What does "nominated for Maverick" mean? That this is bug is confirmed to be present in Maverick too? If not, has anybody already tried if it works for Maverick? As I'm pretty sure it's a kernel regression I am not too confident that this bug will ever be fixed for Lucid, albeit it is LTS.
