Hi idontwanttoregister,
Thanks for reporting this bug, but there e should not be a message
telling you that it was successful, it is assumed that if there is no
message, it is successful. For example if you opened your web browser
and opened 'http://www.google.com' would you want a dialog to pop-up
that said 'You have successfully opened this page'?
I am marking this as Won't Fix, but if you still feel as though this is
an issue, please reopen and reply with your reasons.

when I installed deluge there was no message telling me it had been
successfully installed
