Cannot update by update manager, apt-get, or Synaptic Package Manager. Failed to fetch http://ppa.launchpad.net/user//ubuntu/dists/karmic/main/binary-i386/Packages.gz 404 Not Found Failed to fetch http://ppa.launchpad.net/user/ppa/ubuntu/dists/karmic/main/binary-i386/Packages.gz 404 Not Found Some index files failed to download, they have been ignored, or old ones used instead. None of the old packages are updating either. apt-get update doesn't work.
