Thanks for the bug report. If I recall it correctly, the new
maintainer's guide is not translatable in Ubuntu, so I'm marking the
translations task as invalid.
Nevertheless, I'm assigning the task to the Ubuntu Simplified Chinese
translators to have a look at, as perhaps someone could look into fixing
the bug upstream in the Debian translation.
