Ok, so for the 2010-08-11 backup I seem to only have one file: duplicity-full-signatures.20100811T104726Z.sigtar.gz. Whereas for the 2010-03-08 full backup I have over 1300 files. I guess the files never made it from /tmp/ and so the backup doesn't actually exist. :-/
The bug I see here (and if you agree I'll file it) is that when I clicked [ Resume later ] I don't know that I cannot shutdown. All the backup files are still in /tmp and that directory is wiped on every reboot (afaik) in Ubuntu. Anyway deleting that one file means I can run a backup now.
