You have a file /etc/udev/rules.d/01-mountmanager.rules, which isn't in the standard ubuntu installation. Can you please attach it? Does it work if you uninstall the package which ships that (find out with "dpkg -S /etc/udev/rules.d/01-mountmanager.rules")?
