Binary package hint: avant-window-navigator
Enhancement request... adding a 'show' option in the AWN menu would
greatly simplify navigation.
Refer to the attached screenshot. To create the image, I opened several
nautilus windows so they were grouped into a single icon on the AWN
toolbar. Right-clicking on the icon gives a menu that includes a list of
the windows (in this case Ubuntu One, notes, w). If you select one of
the windows from the menu, a side menu appears with options to
minimize/maximize/etc the window, but there is no option to 'show' or
'bring to front', which makes navigating to the desired window
difficult. It's much simpler using the gnome-panel window-list applet,
where you just click on the relevant window to show it.
