It happens in kmail, with plaintext and html emails.
Just tried to print the pdf attached to 628030, it fails the same way.
It does not happen in Thunderbird.  Which leads me to believe it's
related somehow to the kde printing infrastructure...though not sure
what to look at.  I installed Lucid as a clean install.
