@ Lorenzo I'm not sure how that worked for you. The patch was applied to version 1:2.8.6.1-1ubuntu0.1 which Launchpad lists in -Proposed only.
@Martin, I'm having trouble testing this because I cannot get Synaptic to show 2.8.6.1-1ubuntu0.1.
