Hm... 1) I logged in KDM 2) KDE try to load with (started to show some icons) 3) after 3-4 sec. black screen for ca. 0.1sec (very quickly) 4) and I see the Login window of KDM again. 5) All logs I have attached to https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xorg/+bug/638871
