I'm having a showstopper of a problem with a particular package in Maverick (bug #653443), which worked in the beta, but borks my hardware in a recent update. I'd really like to just pin the one package that's causing the problem, but I can't run a partial upgrade without said package upgrading itself (no matter what I do). I'd really like to see my bug addressed, but worst-case it would be nice to have this issue fixed, so I can at least work around my current issue.
