Same issue on AMD64. Tried the work around from sergio : although I now see my folders, I cannot see their content, and folder updates if not stalled, are forever ongoing without doing anything.
-- When upgrading from 10.04 to 10.10, exchange mail accounts no longer work in Evolution.
