Alberto, Sorry to hear Ubuntu One is not working as expected. It looks like you probably need to start over and reauthorise both file sync and Tomboy Notes. Even though you may have added your computer for file sync you need to do this again for Tomboy. It's helpful to put "Tomboy" in the name in order to identify this entry as being for notes sync. So you will have two entries for computers connected to Ubuntu One, one for fiile sync and one for Tomboy.
Can you try the following and let us know the results? 1. Quit the Ubuntu One client 2. Open Applications->Accessories->Passwords and Encryption Keys 3. Click on the arrow next to "Passwords" 4. Right-click on the Ubuntu One token and select "Delete" 5. Go to https://one.ubuntu.com/account/machines/ 6. Click on the checkbox next to your computer 7. Click the "Remove selected computers" button 8. Open Me Menu->Ubuntu One or System -> Preferences -> Ubuntu One 9. a web page should open, prompting you to add your computer to your Ubuntu One account 10. Add your computer Now your computer is authorised for file sync. Follow the directions in this link to add your computer for Note Sync. https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuOne/Tutorials/Notes You should be connected after you follow these steps. If you are not connected, can you please attach the following files to this bug report? ~/.cache/ubuntuone/log/oauth-login.log ~/.cache/ubuntuone/log/syncdaemon-exceptions.log ~/.cache/ubuntuone/log/syncdaemon.log thank you, duanedesign -- Synchronization conflict with Tomboy https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/652554 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
