Yes, the output posted into #7 indicates that your system is broken. I don't know exactly how (or even if) that will show up in practice. I also don't know how to uninstall whatever you installed. I'm just saying - the next time you're in audio trouble, if you want help or want to report a bug, please make sure you have a clean system first. (And I don't know how to get you to a clean system without a complete reinstall.) Thanks.
