Today, Maverick has this bug. Just did a clean install with an
encrypted home directory and then I added uswsusp. It seems to work OK
until it's time to wake up. The reboot process stops dead,
unrecoverably (since the keyboard has no effect), after the following
message is scrolled on the screen (I disabled "quiet splash" on the
kernel command line in order to see this):
resume: libgcrypt version: 1.4.5
resume: Could not stat the resume device file '/dev/dm-0'
Please type in the full path name to try again, or press ENTER to
boot the system.
I found no way to resume booting at all, and no way to get past this
halt, either. Using the 64-bit alternate installer disk's "rescue a
broken system" option, I was able to restore the system to bootability
by uninstalling uswsusp.
The affected computer is a Lenovo T60.

On upgrade to gutsy boot hangs because uswsusp is looking for /dev/hda, but now
is /dev/sda
