No, with ATTRS you match all parent properties as well, so an entire
device chain (see man udev). Robert, this bug was closed a while ago,
you weren't the original reporter, and it's already quite long and
confusing. Perhaps you can send a new bug with "ubuntu-bug udev", so
that the report has your hardware data and we avoid spamming all the
other subscribers here?
