There is still an issue under 10.04 x64. I have not a 10.10 installation in this laptop, however I just tested suspension with the 10.10 x64 Live DVD, and it did not come back from suspension OK (only the mouse pointer was visible, and switching among consoles was working, and I rebooted from a console).
