* Resynchronise with Debian. Remaining changes:
- Add basic RAID support. (LVM-on-RAID won't quite work yet.)
- Add basic iSCSI support.

* Preseed mirror/country to "manual" instead of "enter information
manually"; support for the latter has been dropped (LP: #662931).
