Sorry, what is the 'bug'? If it works after a 'modprobe acpiphp',
then I think this bug needs to be marked invalid against libvirt and
eucalyptus. You can make the module be automatically loaded by
listing it in /etc/modules.conf
If you want to pursue a bug against the kernel to have acpiphp built
in, or to have acpiphp put into /etc/modules, then you can do that
by using the 'also affects' at the top of this bug listing in
launchpad.
So, does it work for you after modprobe acpiphp?
