are you speaking of ubuntu or kubuntu ? I don't seem to have a system - administration ? did you mean system - settings? If so I was unable to locate system - settings - language support ?
Shouldn't ibus be disabled if it isn't installed ? It wasn't installed when I initially got the error message.
