ok i think i did it i went to terminal and typed in apport-collect 678029 and granted it the access it requested. it said( To finish authorizing the application identified as apport-collect to access Launchpad on your behalf you should go back to the application window in which you started the process and inform it that you have done your part of the process. )

The front speakers don't work till the volume is at 80% up.
