Seems to be system-config-printer-kde which produces print queues with broken
JobSheets entry, there is no problem via the CUPS web interface.
System Settings > Printer Configuration or kcmshell4 system-config-printer-kde
shows no items in the Starting/Ending Banner Settings dropdown boxes under the
printer's Policies.
