* Fix LP: #682866 - CouchDatabase() call hangs because couchjs crashes,
due to semantic differences between fgets and js_fgets. Use a local
implementation of js_fgets when it's not available otherwise
- update debian/patches/mozjs2.0.patch
- update debian/patches/mozjs2.0_autotools.patch
