Thank you for taking the time to report this issue and help to improve
Ubuntu.

These DRM libraries are each very small and have no practical impact on
system behavor in cases that they aren't needed; and automatically
installing these libraries on *only* systems that need them is non-
trivial.  So this isn't going to be changed, any more than we let users
uninstall individual video kernel modules that they don't need.
