With all due respect, the lack of integration of the Firefox menu bar
reported in bug #637827 is a separate problem, that exacerbates the
present bug by making it impossible to "find" the hidden menu by
minimizing the browser window.
This bug reports that menus of various types, from various places
including the shutdown button in the Unity bar, are appearing behind
windows on the desktop rather than on top of them.
Please re-instate this as a new confirmed bug in Unity.
