There is new revision on Debian, as you can see in changelog, now
package depends on tcl 8.4 again, the new Debian revision builds well in
ubuntu natty pbuilder chroot.
weechat (0.3.3-3) unstable; urgency=low
* Upload to unstable.
* Downgrade tcl-dev dependency to 8.4 until tcl 8.5 hit unstable.
* Add a patch to make cmake aware of python 2.7 (Closes: #606989).
