Galois Ghost, that's very interesting.
Could you please undo your changes in your /usr/lib/pm-utils/power.d/pcie_aspm and then create empty file "pcie_aspm" in /etc/pm/power.d folder with execute bit disabled? What this does it prevents /usr/lib/pm-utils/power.d/pcie_aspm from running. It's better way than to modify /usr/lib/pm-utils/power.d/pcie_aspm, because your changes might be lost in future updates of pm-utils. Please report how it works. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/656745 Title: dell vostro 3700 always crash (frozen) if I work with battery (power or thermal limit exceeded) -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
