Could you please undo your changes in your
/usr/lib/pm-utils/power.d/pcie_aspm
and then create empty file "pcie_aspm" in
/etc/pm/power.d folder with execute bit disabled?
What this does it prevents
/usr/lib/pm-utils/power.d/pcie_aspm
from running.
It's better way than to modify
/usr/lib/pm-utils/power.d/pcie_aspm,
because your changes might be lost in future
updates of pm-utils.
