Here, in Spain, we can have credit cards at 16 years, but the problem is that most people doesn't want a credit card (like me, I prefer an "Ubuntu Card") to buy apps and Music And if Angry Birds goes to Ubuntu Software Center, I will buy it, of course!! ;)
