Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to
look at all reported bugs in a timely manner.
This might be a limitation of Xfce4.6. Do you have any type of
compositor running on either desktop? If either the xfwm4 compositor and
compiz are not running, this is expected behavior.
