there is no way to have tracker follow symlink if they are specifically among the recursively indexed locations? most of my home is built on symlinks - with some apps they are so insanely useful, and then some apps just ignore them leaving people who take advantage of them in the cold. on one hand it wouldn't matter to just index the actual location but with something like zeitgeist - won't it see the files opened with nautilus through symlinks and files opened with tracker search as different files?
