Tested  the netboot kernel and initrd.gz from
http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/lucid-proposed/main/installer-
amd64/current/images/netboot/ubuntu-installer/amd64/ but it still does
the same slow initialization. Attaching dmesg.
