This conflict was fixed in verion 1:804.027-3. Both Edgy and Feisty
have later versions than this. If you believe that this problem affects
a significant number of people, you might consider requesting the newer
package be backported. See

request this.
It should be safe to force the installation of perl-tk. I believe that
will work around the problem.
