I disabled onboard ALC888 via the BIOS about a month ago so that's why
it's missing now, if needed I can re-enable it and run alsa-info before
and after again. I'm not entirely sure about the HDMI out at the moment
but it defiantly effects both onboard ALC888 and USB Headset.

In sound preferences it's already set to "Analog Speakers", was set to
it by default, the only other option is "Analog Output" which made no
difference.

Also Ubuntu and it's derivatives are the only ones effect so if it would
help any to have files from another distro that's not effected let me
know.
