We are not going to release 2.21 in natty as the transition to libevent2 is not
doable at this point given problems that I've already encountered. Furthermore
I don't want to add burden on a security team by linking transmission against
libevent2 statically, against their explicit recommendation not to do that.
I'm planning on doing the upload as early into natty+1 cycle as possible.
