Hi all. So is there no further work planned for this bug? I have this same chipset in two PC's. The rev 03 in my server works great; the rev 06 like listed here is another matter.
It did not work out-of-the-box for either 9.10 [32bit], 10.04 + 10.10 [64bit]. The only functionality I can get out of it is to use the deb listed here -OR- the autorun.sh off the Realtek site which loads a slightly newer module. When this thing does work it limits itself to 100 Mbps. I can not force it to 1 Gbps no matter what I try.
