Ubuntu better. This is reproducible in Ubuntu 10.10, LibreOffice Draw at
the Terminal:

cd ~/Desktop && wget

&& lodraw -nologo classnetwork.odg

File -> Export as PDF -> Save button

Open in Adobe Reader and notice the dots. Open in Evince, no dots.
