What happens when you remove the auto installed flag from conky-all with
$ sudo apt-mark unmarkauto conky-all
It should cure the problem and probably helps you along for now.
I tried to reproduce your problem locally and I couldn't:
$ sudo apt-get install conky-all
$ sudo apt-mark showauto | grep conky
$ sudo apt-get purge conky-all
$ sudo aptitude install conky-all
$ sudo apt-mark showauto | grep conky
With neither tool the auto installed flag was set.
Can you please see if you can reproduce the problem and list the steps
here? Thanks a lot.
