Hi, Alglib is an optional library. Just do not set the ALGLIB_INCLUDEPATH and ALGLIB_LIBS variables in build.conf. Disabling of TAMU ANOVA requires editing of qtiplot/src/scripting/scripting.pri and qtiplot/src/scripting/scripting.pri. Unfortunately, these files do not respect the TAMUANOVA_LIBS and TAMUANOVA_INCLUDEPATH variables from build.conf. I suppose, that QTeXEngine is optional as well.
