I am seeing the exact same thing as kuhnert.  However only on one of the drives 
connected to my controller.  I have been running feisty fine for a little while 
and today one drive gives me these errors.  If it can help, I attached the 
output from dmesg.  I am also available to test new kernels.  Here is a snip 
that I think is relevent:
