cd ~/Desktop && loimpress -nologo

Click Empty presentation radio button -> Create button -> File -> Save
As -> File name: example3 -> File type: ODF Presentation (.odp) -> Save
button -> File ->  Properties -> Security tab -> check Open file read-
only checkbox -> OK button -> File -> Save -> File -> Exit

loimpress -nologo example3.odp

It opens (read-only) and uneditable.
