michwill, I have tried copying and pasting information from Firefox into
example4.odp via a 2 button laptop touchpad with no success. This seems
to be caused by the simple act of middle clicking your 3 button mouse.
Since you originally reported this issue in i386 environment, then
reproduced in 64-bit, seems not dependent on this. Marking to New for
both OOo & LO for someone else with a middle mouse button to confirm.
BTW, what is the manufacturer & model of your mouse?
