Right, here is my setup to reproduce the problem:

Ubuntu: 10.10
arch: 64 bits
Firefox: 3.6.15
Flash: 10.3 d162 (64 bits from
http://ppa.launchpad.net/sevenmachines/flash/ubuntu) and 10.2.152.27 (from
ubuntu repository)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Point Firefox to a youtube playlist (eg:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V1bFr2SWP1I&feature=autoplay&list=PLEDF2230BC83F482F&index=2&playnext=2
)

2. Change to another FF tab, or another window
3. Wait for the video to end

Expected result:
The next video should start playing

Actual result:
Flash crash (see attachment)

This bug is not reproducible in Opera: in Opera the next video plays normally.
Also, this didn't happen some weeks ago, so it might have been introduced in a
recent upgrade.
Just for the record, my current kernel is 2.6.35-28-generic
