It happened on a DVD that I had copied 1-1 to my data disk drive some years before. I was looking at programs to convert all my video files to h.264 format. On opening the first 1GB VOB file the crash occurred. The whole DVD (Jesus Christ Superstar) is 5 GB so it is too big to upload using my 320 kbps upload speed. It could be caused an incorrect idx file?
The DVD had two main audio stream and other characteristics were: Video codec 4C: MPEG image size: 720x576 aspect ratio: PAL 16:9 (64:45) frame rate: 25.000 fps frame count: 160473 total duration:01:46:58:020 Global Motion Compensation: No Packed Bitstream: No Quarter Pixel: No Audio codec: AC3 channels: 6 Bitrate: 56000 Bps/ 448 kpbs Variable bitrate: No Frequency: 48000 Hz On Fri, 2011-03-11 at 16:36 +0000, Jean-François Fortin Tam wrote: > Does it happen only with specific video files?
