Running netbook 10.10 from a live cd. Gparted starts then crashes immediately.
running sudo gparted outputs
glibmm-ERROR **;
unhandled exception (type std::exception) in signal handler:
what: basic_string::_S_Create

This started happening after I tried to backup a hd with PartImage is
not Ghost (PING). The backup failed somehow, and really borked my
partitions in some way.
