** Description changed:

  Binary package hint: cheese

I had filed a bug in upstream tracker regarding the oldish looking icons in
the cheese window and also provided a set of replacements.
Upstream liked the icons but unfortunately, my timing was not good. The I was
late for the 2.32 release window and the cheese version in 3.0 does not require
these icons. The effects window is being completely re-worked.

Upstream did consider using the icons for the 2.32.1 release too, but
then they got busy with other project and did not have time to rollout a
  release within the 2.32.1 schedule..

- However, they are OK with updating these icons in the Ubuntu version ..

This changes nothing else other than just updating the icons in the effects
window
