I can confirm the same exact problem using 10.10 32bit on Dell Mini 10v netbooks. They use the following chipset: 03:00.0 Network controller: Broadcom Corporation BCM4312 802.11b/g (rev 01) I will test the work-around from #9 soon and report if the fix works.
